This question requires a specific attention. To help you decide upon the way of transportation, you should first evaluate the situation:

• Is there a parking close to where I live ? How expensive is it ? Is it safe ?

• How much your insurer will charge you for driving in a foreign country ?

• How is the transportation system in the city ?

• Where is the university and how can I go there with the public transportation ?

• Is it easy to park inside or close to the university ?

• What do I need to pack ? Don't forget that there are strict conditions for the weight of the luggage in the airport

• Compare the price between driving and flying/ taking a bus or a train. If you drive, you need to take into account the gas, tolland the insurance. For the other option, add up the price of the tickets and the transfer between the airport/station to your place in the host country
